In January I entered a competition run by The Bronte Society to illustrate any Bronte novel in black and white. I chose 'The Tenant of Wildfell Hall' by Anne Bronte, and really enjoyed reading it. These three images were my final competition entries, although sadly I wasn't within the finalists this year (to see them in more detail, head over to my 'prints' page). If you know the novel, perhaps you'll be able to recognise the scenes I chose to illustrate. If not, it is well worth a read!
